Our G House Mug was made by Chakib, our craftman in Morocco.

This black cup was designed for your breakfasts or your long coffee breaks. Its large handle and capacity give it a unique, practical and original design.

Preferably hand wash.

As each piece is handcrafted, they may have irregularities, which makes them unique.

Our parts are produced in small quantities to guarantee responsible production. These are transported by road from our workshops.

Free delivery to France, Belgium and Luxembourg for orders over €160.

Free delivery to other European countries for orders over €300.

The delivery time for your order will depend on your location and the carrier selected. This may vary between 1 and 8 working days.

Barring exceptional delays on the part of the carrier, average delivery times are as follows:

France: 1 to 4 working days

Europe: 3 to 8 working days

Rest of the world: 8 to 15 working days

These times include an average of 1 working day for preparation.

Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

The ability to modify or cancel your order depends on the status of your order in our warehouse. If your order has already been synchronized, we regret that we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Please e-mail your request to our customer service department at sav@galehia.com. We recommend that you check your order carefully before finalizing it.

What is our returns policy?

To return an item, you have 14 working days from receipt of your order. Returned items must be in their original packaging, with all labels intact, including the safety label. They must not have been used, damaged, soiled or altered in any way. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, it will be refused and returned to the customer.

All returns are at the customer's expense.

Items on sale will not be refunded. A credit note for the amount of the returned items will be issued for each return.

If you wish to exchange your item, you must first return the item you have in your possession. Once received, we will issue a voucher for the value of the returned product so that you can place a new order for the item in the desired size, subject to availability. If the size you want is no longer available, don't hesitate to sign up for stock updates in case it becomes available again.
