ORDERS

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Use it to track your package and monitor the status of your order.

The possibility of modifying or canceling your order depends on its processing status within our warehouse. If the latter has already been synchronized, we regret that we cannot make changes or cancellations.

If you cannot find your package, we advise you to check the tracking of your order to find out if it has been delivered or if it is in transit. If the order has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please contact the shipping company for proof of delivery and ask your neighbors or caretaker if they may have picked it up on your behalf.

To avoid any confusion, we recommend that our customers always sign the delivery note upon receipt of their package.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To return an item, you have a period of 14 working days from receipt of your order. Returned items must be in their original packaging and with all tags intact, including the security tag. They must not have been used, damaged, soiled or altered in any way. If an item is returned in an inappropriate condition, it will be refused and sent back to the customer.

If you wish to exchange your article, you must first return the one in your possession and place a new order for the article in the desired size, provided that it is available. If the size you want is no longer available, do not hesitate to subscribe to the stock update in case it becomes available again.

We do not refund shipping costs, these are charged to cover the cost of delivery and handling of your package by the carrier. Therefore, they cannot be refunded.

DISPATCH

Our warehouse is located in the suburbs of Paris. Our products are therefore shipped from the latter.

We ship our items worldwide, in collaboration with the following carriers:

  • Mondial Relay
  • Colissimo
  • Chronopost
  • DHL

Please note that the different carrier options may vary depending on your country of delivery.

The delivery time of your order will depend on your place of residence and the carrier selected. This delay can vary between 1 and 8 working days.

If your order reaches or exceeds the amount of 160 euros, you will be able to benefit from free delivery in Metropolitan France only. If this is not the case, the delivery options and the corresponding costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

It is important to note that we are not responsible for calculating and invoicing additional customs duties and taxes that may be charged by the transport company depending on the country of destination of the order. We recommend that you contact the transport company directly before placing your order in order to obtain more information on this subject.

If you notice a delay in delivery of your order, we invite you to check its tracking using the number provided in the shipping confirmation email we sent you. The choice of size depends on individual preferences. We have created a size guide for each product to help you choose the right size. The latter is available on each product sheet.

Our size range varies from XXS to XXL for each item.

REPLENISHMENT

Our collections work in the form of drops. Only a small selection of items are part of the permanent collection. We invite you to look on the product page of the item concerned and to register to be informed when the product is back in stock.

If a specific item or size is sold out, you'll have the option to sign up to be notified when the product is back in stock. Note that if the product is not part of the permanent collection, it can only be returned to stock if an order is returned.
